Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and LLM Match Maker LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using llmmatchmaker.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What LLM Match Maker Is

LLM Match Maker is an educational platform that helps people discover their ideal AI learning path and best-fit AI model. We offer a quiz, learning tracks with module lessons, a prompt library, a persona gallery, an AI tools directory, model comparisons, and AI news. Core features are free. Some content, such as Pro Tracks and LLM Mastery courses, requires a paid subscription ("Pro").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the free features of the Site with parental or guardian consent, but you may not make purchases. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using Google sign-in or email and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
• Notifying us immediately at admin@llmmatchmaker.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Free & Pro Tiers

• Free tier: Includes the quiz, three learning tracks (Explorer, Architect, Commander), model comparisons, the AI tools directory, prompt library, persona gallery, and AI news.
• Pro tier: Unlocks Pro Tracks, LLM Mastery courses, and any future premium content. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page.

We reserve the right to change which features are included in each tier. If we move a previously free feature behind the Pro tier, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice.

5. Payments, Billing & Taxes

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.

• Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are displayed on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal cycle after the change takes effect.
• Recurring billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your Pro access until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email before suspending access.
• Taxes: Prices may not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other government levies. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, except for taxes on our net income.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing admin@llmmatchmaker.com. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
• No refunds: All sales are final. Because our content is digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, no refunds will be issued. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content and waive any right to a refund. We encourage you to review our free content and Pricing page before purchasing to ensure our Pro content meets your needs.
• Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.

7. Acceptable Use

By using LLM Match Maker, you agree not to:

• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our content (quiz questions, module lessons, prompt library entries, tool descriptions) without written permission.
• Share, resell, or transfer your Pro account credentials to others. Each subscription is for a single individual.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site or extract content.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication systems, or payment requirements.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. AI Recommendations Are Informational

Our quiz results, model comparisons, course content, and track recommendations are educational and informational only. They do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or technical advice. AI capabilities change rapidly. What we recommend today may not be the best choice tomorrow. Always evaluate AI tools based on your own needs and check the latest pricing and features directly with the provider.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on LLM Match Maker, including but not limited to quiz questions, learning modules, scoring algorithms, prompt library entries, persona definitions, written guides, design elements, and software code, is the intellectual property of LLM Match Maker LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Pro subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Pro content for your own educational use. You may not copy, download, record, redistribute, teach from, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

10. External Links & Affiliates

Our site links to third-party AI tools, services, and YouTube videos. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we earn a small commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we genuinely believe are useful. Affiliate relationships never influence our quiz scoring or model rankings. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLM MATCH MAKER LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LLM Match Maker LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at admin@llmmatchmaker.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or us, or for any other reason. Upon termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the prorated unused portion of any prepaid subscription.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as we add features or change pricing. When we do, we will update the date at the top. For material changes (such as changes to pricing, refund policy, or liability terms), we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
